About Martha
Our brasserie is named after the Danish author Martha Christensen, who gave her name to the road that runs directly between the two towers of the hotel. The name "Martha" means "the lady of the house," which reflects our vision for a personal, inviting, and approachable cuisine at the heart of the hotel, inspired by the idea of a woman with something meaningful to share.
